What a year 2019 turned out to be!
It’s time to look forward to 2020 and the new decade. The past decade has seen major changes and adventures for our family and we are ready to see what the new decade brings.
What does the new decade mean for Kerry Malone Author? I’ve never chosen a word of the year but have this year. My word for 2020 is FOCUS. I’m such a procrastinator and have recently made some changes to attempt to change that. I will FOCUS.
The direction of this writing adventure of mine is changing. It seems most of my new ideas for books are not children’s books. Once I have finished my two current WIPs I’ll explore some of my favourite story ideas and see where they lead me.
I also have a draft of a non-fiction book being edited and am looking at opportunities to share my, and Sophie’s story, with community and professional organisations.
Writing new stories and inspiring those who aspire to write and publish their stories, is where I want to focus my energy this year.
